Virtual Visas offer fantastic reward opportunities that many organizations may offer. Discover how to redeem both Virtual Visa, explore the seamless usage of your gift card through Virtual Reward Center, and efficiently manage your card, including tasks like checking your balance or updating your information. 💳
Redeem a Virtual Visa
- You will start with the same steps as any Redemption! Learn more here or start by navigating to the rewards catalog in Cooleaf and select debit cards from the dropdown menu.
- Select the card you want and click redeem. This will open another "redeem a reward" window.
- You will be given the option to select cancel or Yes, Redeem.
- 🚨 Once you click Yes, Redeem you cannot cancel or refund your reward, so make sure this is the reward you want!
- After redeeming, you will receive an emails with the subject lines Your Virtual Visa Reward is here! Click "Redeem My Virtual Card!" inside the email to access your card.
Your reward code email will expire 90 days from the date of the initial email if not used.
- Once you click the link within your email, you will come to the Virtual Rewards landing page!
- Move forward with the following steps to activate your card and create your account!
Account Creation
- The activation code should be automatically pasted into the Code field, from the previous step.
- Enter your email
- If an existing account is recognize, the recipient is prompted to enter their password.
- If no account exist, you will be prompted to create one.
- Complete your contact information.
- Confirm your information and agree with the terms and conditions to finish your account creation.
- 📣 It's key that you read all of the Terms and Conditions to fully understand your Virtual Visa.
- You will receive a two factor authentication email. Complete the next step with your verification code.
Virtual Reward Center
- Once you have created you account, you will find your card infomation and manager your account at https://cardholder.virtualrewardcenter.com/
Once activated, your prepaid reward will expire after 6 months.
