How to Utilize the NPS Survey Template in Cooleaf

What is an NPS Survey?

Net Promoter Score®, or NPS®, measures employee experience and predicts business growth. This proven metric transformed the business world and now provides the core measurement for customer and employee experience management programs the world around.

The following can only be accessed by Local Admins, Managers, Admins, or HR Admins on the Cooleaf platform. If you hold one of these roles and do not have access, please connect with your Cooleaf Customer Success Manager and they would be happy to assist you in granting you access or connecting you with the Cooleaf admin at your organization who will be able to assist you!

How do I utilize the NPS Survey?

  1. Select 'Manager Panel' from the left navigation bar.
  2. Select 'Surveys' from the left navigation bar.
  1. Click 'Create new'.
  1. Select the Net Promoter Score (NPS) template.
  2. Please edit the 'Description' to fit your organization's needs.
  3. Next, you will see the questions that are templated. You can edit them to best fit your organization's need. You can rearrange the questions, or delete a question.
  1. Select your settings by choosing:
  • Who the survey will target
  • Survey start and end date
  • Whether it is reoccurring
  • Add reward points for the survey
  • Add survey instructions
  1. Publish the survey immediately, or save the survey as a draft to be published at a later date.
  • You can search for your survey within the drafts and click edit when you are ready to publish.

NPS Survey Results

You can view survey results by clicking on your 'Past' surveys, then click the 'See results' button next to the survey.

All survey responses are completed anonymously, within the Cooleaf platform, to protect employees' privacy and confidentiality. In fact, there is no admin level in the Cooleaf platform that would give anyone access to see the exact responses from one individual. Employee response answers are only used for research purposes and will be reported in a way that does not allow individual responses to be identified.

Calculating the Cooleaf Net Promoter Score

To calculate the Net Promoter Score, subtract the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters:

eNPS = % Promoters – % Detractors
