My Digital Wallet - Virtual & Physical Visa Gift Card

Visa Gift Cards are an award option for some organizations. Learn how to redeem a virtual or physical Visa gift card, how to manage and update your gift card through your "My Digital Wallet" external account, and how to contact "My Digital Wallet" for more information.

How do I redeem a Virtual or Physical Visa Gift Card?

Step 1: Redeem

  1. Click redeem on the Virtual Prepaid Card in Cooleaf. This will open another "Redeem a reward" window.

Step 2: Keep it, Gift it, or Cancel

  1. Here, you have the option to:
    • Keep it - Spend your points on this reward and an email with a redemption link will be sent to you within 30 mins to 1 hr
    • Gift it - Spend your points on this reward as a gift to someone inside your organization, or someone outside of your organization. The person you send this gift to will receive an email with a redemption link within 30 mins to 1 hr. For more info on gifting a reward, check out this support article
    • or Cancel - Click on the 'X' button in the top right corner of the window (or anywhere outside of the window) to cancel the redemption and continue browsing for exciting rewards!
Once you click Keep it or Gift it you cannot cancel or refund your reward, so make sure this is the reward you want!

Step 3: Check your email

  1. After redeeming, you will receive an email with the subject line "Here's your reward! ūüéĀ". Click on the link inside the email to access your¬†card.
You will receive your redemption email 30 mins to 1 hr after redeeming

If you do not receive an email within an hour, please check your Junk/Spam mail. If the email is not in your junk/spam folder, please email for assistance.

Step 4: Login to My Digital Wallet

  1. Once you click the link within your email, you will see a page called "Welcome to My Digital Wallet".
If you get multiple Prepaid Digital Tokens, you’re able to create a password-protected Digital Wallet, where you can see all your cards in one place including card details, mail dates, balances, PINs, spending history, and more. We recommend setting this up so that all of your information is housed in one place and easy to manage.

Virtual VISA Card or a Physical VISA Card

  1. To redeem a Virtual VISA Card, select the first option. If you'd like to receive a Physical VISA Card, click the second reward option.
In order to request a physical card, there is a $5 fee. So if you redeem a $50 card, it will be mailed to you with $45 on the card.

  1. You will be asked to fill out a shipping form. After you fill out the form, please click 'Confirm'.
Please make sure all of this info is correct! It can take a while for us to get through to support to update any incorrectly entered info from this form.

  1. The card will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

How to Access & Update Your Visa Gift Card Information

  1. Go to
If it is your first time logging in, you will need to use your digital token to access your card information. If it is not your first time, you may enter your card number & security code, or the username & password you created to log in.
  1. Once you are logged in, your card information will be displayed on the main page.
  1. Click 'Manage Details' and a drop-down menu will appear. Here is where you are able to manage your card details as well as the following:
    1. View all transactions made with your card,
    2. Manage your personal information,
    3. Print your card information,
    4. Dispute a charge, and
    5. View program details.
Cooleaf does not have access to your card information after an account has been created with My Digital Wallet, nor do we have access to manage your My Digital Wallet or assist with any My Digital Wallet or Visa card issues.
