Update your Cooleaf Profile Photo

Selecting a profile photo, or avatar, helps to personalize the platform and allow your fellow colleagues to easily recognize you in Cooleaf! You can change your photo at any time to keep it fresh!

Update your Profile Photo from your Desktop

Using the mobile app? Jump to the bottom of this article for details on the mobile app.

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the Cooleaf dashboard.
  2. Next, select ‘Personal Details’ from the pull-down menu.
  1. On the Personal Details page, hover your mouse over the round image below your name. Then, click the text that says ‘Change photo.’
  1. Choose an image from your computer, then click ‘Open.’
  2. Your new avatar is set automatically!

How to delete your Cooleaf avatar

To remove your Cooleaf avatar, follow the steps below.

  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the Cooleaf dashboard.
  2. Next, select ‘Personal Details’ from the pull-down menu.
  1. On the personal details page, hover your mouse over the round image above your name. Click the ‘X’ symbol to delete your avatar.

Updating your Cooleaf Profile Photo from the Mobile App?

Updating or changing your profile photo from the Cooleaf mobile app is quick and simple! The steps for both the iOS and Android apps are very similar.

  1. Click the round image, or your current profile image, in the top left corner of the Cooleaf app.
  2. Next, select ‘View Profile’
  3. On this page, you can update your profile, including your image! Select the 📷 Camera Icon that appears on the round image or your current profile image.
  4. You should be prompted to take a new photo, select a new one from your library, or remove your image.

How do I change my profile background?

Profile backgrounds are not able to be changed at this time.
