In the first attempt, we are lacking some specificity. The AI offers suggestions for improvement and will only offer to rewrite the recognition if it has reached a certain threshold of quality based on our TIPS criteria.
After the user rewrote the recognition, the AI assistant let's them know they did a great job and why! If they had used the AI to rewrite the recognition, the toll would highlight what changes it made to improve the content of the recognition.
Suggestion box
The Suggestion Box feature allows an organization's admins to configure a survey-like prompt, asking for feedback on a specific topic from their teams. The feedback can be submitted multiple times, and the submitter can choose to submit anonymously or non-anonymously
Why it matters:
- Encourage continuous innovation and employee transparency without time constraints.
- Employees are able to opt in or out of anonymity, allowing for direct and continuous transparency and organizational improvement.
