Over the past few months, we’ve rolled out a few important updates designed to make Cooleaf more inclusive, efficient, and engaging.

Global parity enhancements
We’ve introduced the ability to align point values with local cost of living, an important step toward more equitable global reward experiences. Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) enhancements currently apply to manually issued awards and can be set up with support from your Cooleaf Success Team.
Why it matters:
- Point values received from manually issued awards (e.g. from a supervisor or manager) align with local cost of living
- Supports fair reward experiences across regions
- Helps foster inclusivity in global programs

Role-based post targeting
Admins can now use the Scheduling Tool to schedule posts that are targeted to employees' platform role, making it easier to reach the right audiences (like "local admin" managers) with relevant, timely content that drives engagement.
Why it matters:
- Enables targeted communication to employees by their platform role (user, local admin, HR manager)
- Consistent targeted nudges and drip campaigns offer richer education and motivation, especially for your local admin managers and supervisors

Celebrations community page
The new Celebrations tab located within your Community page gives better visibility into upcoming birthdays and anniversaries, with filters by team and timeline to help you prepare more meaningful celebrations.

- Encourages meaningful moments of connection within and across teams
