ITA enhanced rewards storefront
Your rewards experience is getting an upgrade! ITA Group's enhanced rewards storefront brings a refreshed look, smoother navigation, and improved filtering, making it easier for employees to find and redeem rewards they’ll love.
What’s new:
- Modern design – A clean, intuitive layout for easier browsing
- Improved filters – Quickly narrow down reward options
- Robust offerings – Hundreds of top brands, thousands of hand-selected rewards, unique experiences and trips, gift cards, pre-paid cards, charitable donation opportunities and MORE!

New reporting dashboard within Manager Panel
As part of Cooleaf's phased launch of the ITA rewards storefront, platform admins will gain access to Cooleaf's new reporting dashboard. Built on PowerBI, this upgrade offers a faster, more visual way to track your platform's engagement and impact while reducing the need for manual report manipulation. Enjoy refreshed data and intuitive insights right off the bat!

Public vs. private recognition detail
A recent reporting enhancement gives admins deeper insight into how recognition and awards are shared across your platform. Admins can now filter by whether a recognition was issued publicly or privately, giving a fuller picture of activity that may not always be visible in the main feed.

Make recognition even more tangible with printable certificates. When enabled for certain awards, this new option lets you generate a physical token of appreciation that's perfect for bulletin boards, team huddles, or celebrating teammates who may be on-the-go.
