Our enhanced reporting feature, powered by Microsoft Power BI, provides a powerful way to gain a deeper understanding of how your employees are engaging with the Cooleaf platform. This tool offers valuable insights into engagement patterns, helping you make data-driven decisions to foster a more connected and thriving workplace.

Accessing the Enhanced Reporting Tool:

To access the Enhanced Reporting tool, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Manager Panel.
2. Once on the Manager Panel dashboard, look for the "Enhanced Reporting" tab located towards the top of the page.

Note: If you do not see the "Enhanced Reporting" tab, it may not be activated for your instance yet. Please reach out to your account representative to request access.

Understanding the Available Dashboards:

Once you've accessed the Enhanced Reporting area, you may see navigation buttons for different Power BI dashboards, depending on your role and access level:

• Admin Engagement Dashboard: This dashboard is exclusively available to users with Admin access within the platform. It provides a comprehensive view of all engagement data across the entire Cooleaf platform.
• Manager Engagement Dashboard: This dashboard is accessible to users with Local Admin or Admin roles who have direct reports assigned to them. It offers a focused view of engagement data specifically related to your team of employees.

Within the Enhanced Reporting dashboards, you'll find several individual reporting pages designed to help you focus on specific aspects of your data. These pages include:

• KPI Overview: Provides a high-level, at-a-glance summary of key engagement metrics.
• Enrollment: Focuses on user enrollment trends and adoption of the platform.
• Engagement: Details various forms of user interaction and activity within Cooleaf.
• Recognitions Given: Offers insights into the issuance of recognition within your organization.
• Recognition Received: Provides data on how recognition is being received across your teams.
• Earnings & Redemption: Tracks the earning and redemption of points within the platform.
