Finding Your Survey
To view survey results, navigate to the Manager Panel, select Surveys on the left navigation, and find the survey you'd like to review the results of.
You'll see some high-level data on the main page which includes some of the settings, how many points are associated with the survey, how many questions are in the survey, and more! If you want to dive into the results, click on See More.
Depending on the type of survey you are viewing, the results will look different. Let's look at the two types, pulse and performance, separately.
Pulse Survey Results
As you scroll through, you'll be able to see all of the questions in your survey as well as the responses. You can apply a filter in the top right corner to drill into your data more.
Performance Survey Results
You can view Performance Survey Results in two different ways.
Viewing Survey Results
Under All Surveys, select the survey you want to see more information on. As you scroll through, you'll be able to see all of the questions in your survey as well as the responses. You can apply a filter in the top right corner to drill into your data more.
Viewing Individual User Results
Select Assigned Surveys, and you will see results for individual users who are actively working or recently completed a performance survey.
You can click on Results on the right side of one of the rows to view the individual results from a users survey.
Exporting Data
At the bottom of the Survey, you can select to download the results. This will be sent as a .CSV file to the users email address.
