Note: Employee Management features, including all More Options Menu actions, are available to Admin users only.
The Employee Management panel allows you to take quick action on individual employee accounts. Next to each employee’s name, you’ll see a More Options Menu that provides access to employee details and account‑level actions.
The actions available in each menu vary depending on the employee’s status:
- Activated
- Invited
- Deactivated
Where to Find the More Options Menu
In the Employee Management panel, each tab—Activated, Invited, and Deactivated—displays a list of employees. The More Options Menu appears as three stacked dots to the right of each employee’s name and contains actions specific to that employee.
Actions for Activated Employees
Activated employees are registered and currently able to access the platform.

- Recognize
- Remove Avatar
- Deactivate
Employee Details
View read‑only information about an employee, including their point balance, supervisor name, structure tags, and more.
Edit Employee
Update employee information such as name, email address, user role, or other editable fields. Learn more here.
Recognize
Send a recognition directly to an employee. This allows admins to acknowledge achievements, milestones, or contributions without leaving the Employee Management panel.
Remove Avatar
Remove an employee’s current profile photo. Note: Admins can remove avatars but cannot upload a new one on behalf of an employee.
Deactivate
Deactivate the employee’s account. Deactivated employees no longer have access to the platform but can be reactivated later if needed.
Actions for Invited Employees
Invited employees have been added to the platform but have not yet completed registration.

Resend Invitation
Send a new invitation email to the employee. This is helpful if the original invite was missed, expired, or sent to the wrong email address.
Actions for Deactivated Employees
Deactivated employees no longer have access to the platform but remain in your system for record‑keeping and potential reactivation.
The actions available in the Deactivated tab behave the same as those available for Activated and Invited employees, with one key difference: Deactivated employees can be reactivated in this tab.

Reactivate
Restore the employee’s access to the platform. Once reactivated, the employee will return to an active state and regain access based on your organization’s settings.
