Accessing Employee Management
To get started, navigate to the Manager Panel and select All Employees from the top navigation bar. This opens the Employee Management tool, which displays a list of employees and their current status. By default, the page shows employees who have completed registration (Activated), but you can switch between tabs to view Activated, Invited, or Deactivated employees.
Opening an Employee’s Edit View
You can edit an individual user from any of the three tabs: Activated, Invited, or Deactivated.
- Locate the employee in the list.
- Select the More Options Menu (three stacked dots) to the right of the employee’s name.
- Choose Edit Employee.
This opens the employee's details in editable fields.
Editable Employee Fields
Within the employee detail view, you can update the following fields:
- Name
- Title
- Employee Number
- Country Code
- Language
- Phone Number
- Hire Date
- Birthday
- Role
- Supervisor
After selecting Continue, you can also edit:
- Structure Tags (unique to each organization)

Integration Note (SFTP or Workday)
If your organization uses an SFTP or Workday integration, any changes made here must also be updated in your Census file or Workday database. Manual edits will be reverted during the next sync if they are not reflected in the source data.

Country Code
Country Code is a required and determines which catalog an employee can access, ensuring they see rewards that are available in their local market. It is the two‑letter country code that indicates an employee’s country of residence (for example, US = United States or CA = Canada). Be sure to enter the correct country code (not a state or province abbreviation) before saving any changes.
Saving Your Changes
Edits are saved in two steps:
- Select Continue after making changes on the main employee details screen.
- Review or update Structure Tags, then select Edit to save all changes.
If you navigate away before completing both steps, your updates will not be saved.
Additional Actions from the Manage Menu
In addition to editing employee details, you can take other actions using the Manage dropdown located in the top‑right corner of the employee page. Available actions depend on the employee’s status:
Activated Employees
- Recognize
- Remove Avatar
- Deactivate
Invited Employees
- Resend Invitation
- Deactivate
Deactivated Employees
- Remove Avatar
- Reactivate
