Our Enhanced Reporting feature, powered by Microsoft Power BI, gives you a deeper understanding of how your employees engage with the Cooleaf platform. With actionable insights into engagement patterns, you can make data-driven decisions to foster a more connected and thriving team.
Accessing the Enhanced Reporting Tool:
To access the Enhanced Reporting tool Manager Pulse, follow these simple steps:
- Navigate to the Manager Panel.
- Once on the Manager Panel dashboard, look for the "Enhanced Reporting" tab located towards the top of the page.
Note: If you do not see the "Enhanced Reporting" tab, it may not be activated for your instance yet. Please reach out to your account representative to request access.
- Open the Manager Engagement Dashboard, click See report >
- Navigate to the Manager Pulse Page: You'll find the page single-select dropdown menu located along the top right of your Power BI table.
- Simply click on menu to open up the option of pages.
- Select “Manager Pulse” and then click Go to page.
Exploring the Manage Pulse Page
Within the Manager Pulse page, you'll find several reporting tabs designed to help you focus on specific aspects of your team and your data as a manager. These tabs include:
- Team Engagement Snapshot: View key performance metrics for your team’s platform engagement and identify potential risk factors.
- Your Engagement: A quick snapshot of how you personally engage with the platform and your team.
- Your Teams Engagement: Compare your team’s engagement to the overall organization and see how they measure up.
As you explore each tab and its data tables, hover over a module and click the "?" icon to read a description.
