Forgot Password and Password Reset

Did you forget your anniversary date, mother's maiden name, or which pet is your favorite? That's okay! You can reset your password from the login page!

Using SSO (Single Sign-On)? Contact your company's IT team for password assistance. Cooleaf doesn't manage your SSO credentials.

1. Click here to go to the cooleaf login page.
   

     Mobile users, to access the login page you will need to logout of the app.
       1. tap your profile picture in the top left corner.
       2. select settings
       3. scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen and select log out.
   

2. Enter the email associated with your account.
   1. If you're not sure which email address is associate with your Cooleaf account, you can either reach out to your HR team, local Cooleaf admin, or email exsupport@itagroup.com. Please provide your name, organization, and possible email addresses. The more information you provide, the easier is it for us to locate your account.
3. Tap NEXT. Don't skip this step! The forgot password button only shows up on the second screen.
4. Select Forgot Password above the Login button
   
5. A link will be sent to the email associated with your account to create a new password. Success!
