Change or Update Your Password

If your password is managed by the Cooleaf Techology, you can use the following steps to change your password via your web browser or mobile app. 

Using SSO (Single Sign-On)? Contact your company's IT team for password assistance. Cooleaf doesn't manage your SSO credentials.

Web Browser Steps

1. Access Your Profile:

   • Click on your profile picture or name in the top right corner of the Cooleaf website.
   • Select "Personal Details" from the dropdown menu.

2. Locate Password Section:

   • On the left side of your personal details page, find the "User Details" section.
   • Scroll down to the "Password" field.

3. Initiate Password Change:

   • Hover over the "Click to change your password" link.
   • A pencil icon will appear. Click on it to open the password change screen.

4. Enter New Password:

   • Type your new password in the provided fields.
   • Click "Change Password" to save your changes.

Mobile App Steps

1. Access Your Profile:

   • Open the Cooleaf mobile app.
   • Tap on your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.

2. Navigate to Personal Details:

   • A sidebar will appear on the left.
   • Select the "View Profile" text below your name.

3. Locate Password Settings:

   • Scroll down to the bottom of the "User Details" section.

4. Initiate Password Change:

   • Tap on "Click to change your password."

5. Enter Your New Password:

   • A screen will appear prompting you to enter your new password.
   • Type your desired password in the provided fields.
   • Ensure your new password meets the required strength criteria.

6. Confirm Password Change:

   • Tap "Change Password" to save your new password.
