If your password is managed by the Cooleaf Techology, you can use the following steps to change your password via your web browser or mobile app.
Using SSO (Single Sign-On)? Contact your company's IT team for password assistance. Cooleaf doesn't manage your SSO credentials.
Web Browser Steps

Access Your Profile:
- Click on your profile picture or name in the top right corner of the Cooleaf website.
- Select "Personal Details" from the dropdown menu.

Locate Password Section:
- On the left side of your personal details page, find the "User Details" section.
- Scroll down to the "Password" field.

Initiate Password Change:
- Hover over the "Click to change your password" link.
- A pencil icon will appear. Click on it to open the password change screen.

Enter New Password:
- Type your new password in the provided fields.
- Click "Change Password" to save your changes.
Mobile App Steps

Access Your Profile:
- Open the Cooleaf mobile app.
- Tap on your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.

Navigate to Personal Details:
- A sidebar will appear on the left.
- Select the "View Profile" text below your name.

Locate Password Settings:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the "User Details" section.

Initiate Password Change:
- Tap on "Click to change your password."

Enter Your New Password:
- A screen will appear prompting you to enter your new password.
- Type your desired password in the provided fields.
- Ensure your new password meets the required strength criteria.

Confirm Password Change:
- Tap "Change Password" to save your new password.
