The Employee Management tool is located in the Manager Panel, available to HR Admin's. Use this tool to:
- Search for current employees
- Add new employees
- Activate or deactivate accounts
- And more
Accessing the Employee Management Panel
- Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner of your page.
- From the drop-down menu, choose Manager Panel.
- Click the address book icon to open the Employee Management Panel.
Employee Management Panel Features
Here’s an overview of the tabs and features in the panel:
Activated Tab
- Displays all active employees.
- Click the three dots next to an employee’s details to:
- View more information
- Edit details
- Send recognition
- Remove profile photo
- Deactivate the account
Invited Tab
- Shows employees who have been invited but haven’t completed registration.
- Use the three dots to:
- View details
- Edit information
- Resend the registration email
Deactivated Tab
- Contains records of employees whose accounts have been deactivated.
- Use the three dots to:
- View or edit details
- Remove profile photo
- Reactivate the account
Search Bar
- Available on all tabs.
- Search by name, email, location, or role.
Manage by CSV
- Upload a
.csvfile to bulk add, deactivate, or update employees. - Includes a downloadable template and step-by-step guidance.
- Provides a report of changes and any errors.
Register Employee
- Add employees manually, one at a time.
- Improved design with clear headings and easy-to-use drop-downs for tags.
Download User List
- Click the download icon to export a list of active accounts and details.
- Ideal for audits to ensure information is accurate and complete.
