Did you know you can use your Cooleaf points to send a gift to someone special? Our enhanced rewards catalog storefront makes it easy to gift e-gift cards, merchandise, branded apparel, or unique experiences to friends and family.
All items in the catalog are giftable. The process is similar to a standard redemption, with a few key changes to the checkout details.
- Browse the Catalog: Explore the Rewards Catalog and find the perfect gift.
- Add Gift(s) to Cart: Select the item and add it to your shopping cart.
- View Your Cart: Review the items in your cart to ensure everything is correct.
- Proceed to Checkout: Click to start the checkout process.

Select β 'Send as Gift' (The Gifting Step!): This is where you'll have access to enter the recipient's information. The details you enter will depend on whether you are sending a digital or physical gift.
π³ For Digital Gifts (e.g., e-gift cards, experiences):
Personal Information (Name, Address, and Email): You will log your information, such as your own personal or business address and phone number, for the first half. This information is required for our internal records and is only used if there are fulfillment complications and documentation.
βοΈ Gift From: This line will be where you can share with the Recipient, who the gift is coming from!
Recipient's Information: Enter the name and email address of the person receiving the gift. The gift will be sent to this email.
π Gift Message: Enter your short, personalized message to the Recipient!
π For Physical Gifts (e.g., merchandise, apparel):
Personal Information (Email): You will log your information, such as your own personal or business email for the first half. This information is required for our internal records and is only used if there are fulfillment complications and documentation. DO NOT enter your own personal name or address.
Recipient's Information (Name, Address, and Email): Enter the recipient's full name and the address where you want the gift to be shipped. The recipient's email is required so they can receive tracking information.

Payment Information:
- Use your Cooleaf points to cover the cost of the gift.
- If your points do not cover the full amount, you will be prompted to enter a credit or debit card for the remaining balance.

Review and Place Order:
- Carefully review all order details, including the recipient's information.
- Click "Place Order" to complete the transaction.
Communication Details
Once the order is placed:
- The sender receives a confirmation email
- The recipient receives a special gift email letting them know something exciting is on the way and who sent it, which includes the personalized message
Once the order is shipped:
- The sender receives a shipment confirmation email
- The recipient receives shipment notification with the tracking information
If an order becomes Backordered:
- The sender is notified of the backorder, reminding them this is a gift
- The recipient is also notified that there is a delay in their gift
- Message on email: We are reaching out with an update on the gift sent your way. Unfortunately, the item is temporarily out of stock. We are working to get it to you as soon as possible and will notify you when it has shipped. Thanks for your patience.
If an order is Canceled:
- The sender is notified of the cancelation reminding them this was a gift
- The recipient is notified
