At Cooleaf, we believe in giving users full control over their data. If you no longer wish to use your account, you have the option to self-deactivate it at any time.
How to Deactivate Your Account
- Log into your Cooleaf account.
- Navigate to your Profile.
- On the right side of the screen, under Account Status, click Deactivate.
- A confirmation message will appear. You must confirm your deactivation before your account is fully deactivated.
What Happens When You Deactivate
Once deactivation is confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed. This includes your:
- Name
- Email address
- Platform usage data including points
- Any other information that can identify you
Please note: We may retain certain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes, but this information cannot be linked to you or used to identify you.

This process helps us comply with global privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Europe and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the United States. These laws require us to:
