As a manager on Cooleaf, keeping track of your team's rewards activity is essential for maintaining engagement and celebrating achievements. The Manager Panel makes it easy to view the reward points balances of individual team members, giving you insights into their progress and participation.
This guide will walk you through the steps to access and interpret employee rewards point balances, helping you effectively support and motivate your team. Whether you're planning to recognize an achievement, want a snapshot of overall engagement, or intend on sending out redemption nudges, this feature provides the tools you need to stay informed.
- Navigate to the Manager Panel Dashboard : Select the circle icon in the bottom left corner of any Cooleaf screen to find the Manager Panel.
- Scroll down to Team Engagement. Here you will find employee's last login time, points earned and redeemed in the selected time period, as well as their overall points balance.
- Select the arrow next to Point Balance to sort from highest to lowest. Employees with balances over 100 points have enough to redeem a $10 gift card.
- You can also download the report as a .csv file by selecting the download icon in the right corner of the report. This allows you to download directly to your computer or send to the email address associated with your account.
