US eGift Cards
US eGift Cards (Amazon, Target, Hotels.com, etc.) arrive via email within a few minutes. The subject line of the email containing your redemption code will be "Here's your reward 🎁". If you have not received your gift card and it has been longer than 48 hours, please contact exsupport@itagroup.com.
International eGift Cards
International eGift Cards, any gift card outside of the US, typically take around 3-5 business days to process. If you have not received your gift card and it has been longer than 7 business days, please contact exsupport@itagroup.com
Branded Company Merchandise (Team Store)
The delivery time for branded company merchandise can vary depending on the reward vendor, but you can typically expect to receive your item within 3 weeks. Please note that you might not receive an order confirmation, even if the order has been completed successfully. Virtual Visa Prepaid Cards and Virtual Mastercards

Physical gift cards typically take between 7-14 business days to arrive and are delivered in a plain white envelope from Online Rewards.
