Top Navigation
All navigation in Cooleaf is accessible from the top of the screen, making it easy to move between key areas of the platform.
Across the top navigation, you’ll find links to:
- Home
- Awards
- Activities
- Rewards
- Community
- Culture
On the right side of the top navigation, you’ll also see icons for:
- Recognize, which opens the recognition form
- My Discussion Groups, where discussion group notifications appear
- Surveys, when surveys are available for you to complete
- Notifications, which keep you informed about recent activity
Selecting your profile photo opens the profile menu, where you can access your profile details, reward history, recognition certificates, the Support Center, and any administrative tools available to you.
Home
The Home experience brings together the most important activity across the platform in one place. From Home, you can view the social feed, new hires, featured activities, and upcoming celebrations. The welcome card at the top of the page also provides quick access to actions like recognizing teammates and redeeming rewards.
Main Feed
The main feed displays posts, recognitions, and activities happening across your organization. There are three feed views available:
My Team
The My Team view shows posts, recognitions, and activities related to your assigned teams, as defined by your organization. You can use filters to narrow the feed by tag, team, or category.
Me
The Me view highlights content sent to you, from you, or specifically targeted to you. Filters are also available to help refine this view.
Everyone
The Everyone view shows activity from across the entire organization. You can apply the same filters here to focus on the content most relevant to you.
Your default view will always reflect the last feed view you selected.
New Hires
The New Hires section highlights teammates who have joined your organization within the last seven days. This makes it easy to welcome new team members or send a recognition.
Featured Activities
Featured Activities showcase upcoming or currently active events and engagement challenges. These opportunities allow you to participate, stay engaged, and earn points.
Upcoming Celebrations
This section displays upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries for individuals in your organization over the next seven days, making it easy to recognize milestones as they happen.
Awards
The Awards page outlines your organization’s awards and values, along with the different ways you can earn points on the platform.
Activities
The Activities page displays the events and challenges available to you. These may include in‑person events, virtual experiences, or engagement challenges that allow you to earn points. Available activities vary by organization.
Rewards
Rewards allow organizations to recognize and incentivize participation. Points can be earned in a variety of ways across the platform and redeemed for available rewards, such as digital gift cards, merchandise, paid time off, or charitable donations. Reward availability may vary based on your organization’s program.
Community
The Community page serves as your organization’s directory. From here, you can explore team memberships, view colleague profiles, and see activity related to your teams.
