Why didn't I receive points for my birthday or work anniversary?

Every birthday or work anniversary deserves to be celebrated. Especially yours!

The Cooleaf platform uses account profile data to automatically "recognize" team members on their birthday or work anniversary. That automated recognition should appear in the main social feed, so no one misses out on a chance to celebrate you.

Users who do not wish to be recognized publicly for their birthday can opt to "hide" their birthday on the profile page.

Why didn't I receive points for my birthday or work anniversary?

Your birthday and work anniversary are automatically added to your account profile when you join the platform.

If you didn't receive a recognition on your birthday or work anniversary, first go to your profile and confirm that your birthday/work anniversary is listed..

If it is, check your points history to make sure that the recognition did not go through.
